Asociación por los Derechos Civiles (ADC) is an Argentina-based non-governmental organization that defends constitutional and civil rights in Argentina and Latin America. ADC is researching the issue of net neutrality policies in Argentina, with a focus on economic regulatory and human rights aspects. ADC is also concerned with data management and data protection, particularly the amount of biometric data acquired from every person that enters or leave the country. The organization is studying how the country’s databases work in practice, including what kind of safeguards are established, who can access them under what security standards, and for what purpose.
